Overview of Immigration Procedures

Important Information to Collect:

• Number of individuals to be tested and their relationship
• Identify the collection sites or locations
• Detailed contact information for each party being tested
• A “Request for Evidence” form  from the USCIS (US Citizenship & Immigration Svs)

Immigration Process Flow:

• Collect email address in order to send an “Immigration Order Form” and credit card authorization form. (Order Form & Credit Card Auth attached)
• Client will complete the required forms and return them along with copy of “Request for Evidence” form provided by USCIS or other government agency.
• When forms received, Universal Forensics will process payment, send an invoice to client and assign a specific case number.
• Collection kit(s) is sent to overseas Embassy and/or specified US collection location.
• An appointment will be scheduled by Universal Forensics for any/all US collection sites.
• Any overseas collections will be scheduled by the US Embassy.
• An email is issued by Universal to client to notify the appointment time and location.
• Once samples are collected and sent to Universal through unbroken chain-of-custody they are entered into processing.
• Upon completion of sample processing, results are issued to the government agency involved and the tested individuals.

• Paternity Trio (foreign country) includes Mother, Father, Child….  $650.00 per case
• Paternity Duo or Trio (all within US) ……………………………...$450.00 per case
• Additional per person charge ……………………………………..  $200.00
