Can I send contract to my clients via SMS?
This feature allows the signer to receive the SMS notification to sign the document.
You can enable the setting under Account Settings there is an option “Default Authentication Level”.
It has two options:
This will send the email to the signer even if the phone number is added.
This will send the email as well as the SMS to signer to review and sign the document.
If the feature is enabled, by default, it will pick “No Authentication” option.
You need to add the phone number of the signer. Go to the address book and edit the entry.
Either you can enable the setting from the “Account Settings”, to populate on each document, or you can change it individually while sending the document for signing.
