If I am going on a vacation can other user from my account is allowed to sign the document on my behalf?
If you are going out on vacation, you can automatically delegate any authorized signer within your company to sign during your time-off using vacation rules.
Delegated signer must be an account user/sender in your eSign Genie account.
When this rule is set, if anyone sends the document for signing, then it will automatically send the email to the assigned delegate for signing.
Once the document is sent to the delegate, then the author will get the notification.
