Foxit is hiring for the best suitable candidate for our Foxit R&D India centre. The candidate must have overall 4+ years of experience.
Must have experience in: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Formation, Terraform, Scripting, Logs Management, monitoring and notification.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in AWS native services like VPC, EC2, RDS, EFS, S3, EFS, WAF.
- Hands-on experience in system administration & troubleshooting on Linux platform.
- Good knowledge of monitoring, alerting, and dashboarding tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Ops Genie, etc.
- Experience with orchestrating containerized infrastructure using (ECS/EKS/Kubernetes)
- Experience in and implementation of CI/CD pipeline using tools like Jenkins/git/docker.
- Experience in managing infrastructure with front-end & back-end applications based on technologies like Java, PHP, Tomcat.
- Understanding of any scripting language (python, bash, etc.)
- Good to have experience with infrastructure as code deployment with terraforming.
- Installs, configures, upgrades, tunes, and maintains MySQL production, development, and test databases.
- Manage and monitor MySQL databases and production SaaS applications in Amazon cloud infrastructure.
- Defines and maintains database problem reporting, tracking, and resolution procedures.
- Ensure performance, security, and availability of databases
- Prepare documentation and specifications
- Handle common database procedures, such as upgrade, backup, recovery, migration, etc.
- Profile server resource usage, optimize and tweak as necessary
- Continue to learn new skills involved in being a MySQL DBA as the technology evolves
