To make sure Gmail never filters as spam mail from a certain contact or domain:

1. Follow the Settings link in Gmail.
2. Go to ‘Filters and Blocked Addresses’.
3. Click ‘Create a new filter’.
4. Add ‘notifications@esigngenie.com’ in ‘From’ and click on ‘Create filter with this search’ link at the bottom.
5. Select ‘Never send it to Spam’
6. Optionally select ‘Always mark it as important’

Set up a filter to redirect the mailing you want to receive in your inbox:

1. Open your mailbox settings (gear wheel on top right).
2. Select the ‘Filters’ option on the left.
3. Click the ‘Add’ button on the Filters page and define a filter name.
4. In the ‘From header’ row, select the drop-down ‘contains’ and put the ‘notifications@esigngenie.com’ in the box.
5. Select ‘Inbox’ in ‘Then move the message to this folder’ pull-down menu and select ‘Inbox’.
6. Click the ‘Add Filter’ button.
