Foxit eSign allows both PDF and word upload while preparing the templates or documents for online signature; however, PDF is our preferred format. Additionally, Foxit eSign is also fully integrated with Google Drive and supports Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Presentation uploads. If you chose the annual plan with Foxit eSign, you can request a full refund in the first 14 days of having purchased that plan with a valid reason as per our terms of service. After that time, Foxit eSign will not be able to process a refund for your eSignature cost.
During or after the free trial of Foxit eSign, you can upgrade your plan to one of our paid versions based on your needs. Your subscription will be automatically renewed unless you let us know that you would like to change your plan or cancel your account in advance. The account will be disabled once we process your cancellation request. Your contracts will still remain intact for three months. You can activate your cost-effective subscription anytime and start using your account again. If you want us to delete your account, you will have to first download your contracts so you have them on your local server for your records. You will then sign a release form that you have downloaded your contracts and that you give permission to Foxit eSign to delete your account.

The monthly and annual plans will be auto-renewed on the date the cycle ends unless 14 days advance notice is given by the customer to cancel or change the plan. Auto-renewal will be based on the current number of documents and users. You can choose your plan according to your requirement.
A sender is a regular user, admin, or super admin who creates, uploads, eSigns and sends contracts using Foxit eSign in order to request eSignatures from the receiving parties. People you send to don’t need to be a customer of our electronic signature software nor pay any money to make eSignature on contracts. They simply receive an email notifying them of a contract needing their eSignature online, then they simply need to place their online signature on the contract through a recipient’s non-paying account that is created automatically.
