1. Improved User Interface of Retention Policy
A “Successfully Saved” message has been added to the Retention Policy interface after clicking the “Save” button.
2. Formula Field Enhancement
- Resolved an issue where signer details placeholders were missing in the formula field dropdown list when changing the application language (except English).
- Enhanced the formula field to seamlessly process and function with numeric entries in the ‘Name’ text field, providing users with a more versatile and efficient experience.
General Bug & Fixes

- Resolved the issue where the Sorry page was erroneously displayed to the signer without password validation from CAS, ensuring a smoother signing process.
- Review and Send Improvement:
- Addressed the bug where the application retrieved the first group member’s name instead of the group name in the ‘Review and Send’ section, providing accurate information.
- Assign Recipient Fix:
- Fixed the issue in the ‘Assign Recipient’ feature that displayed non-encoded single quote problems in Party Name and Email, ensuring proper rendering.
- Super Admin Account Management:
- Rectified the problem in the ‘Edit Account Details’ and ‘Save’ action, resolving the Super Admin account inactivation issue for a more reliable administrative experience.
- Profile Title Enhancement:
- Improved the Profile Title input to allow special symbol ‘&’ characters, providing greater customization and expressiveness for user profiles.
