New Features and Updates
1. Single User Multiple Accounts
Introducing a new feature: a single user can now have multiple accounts with the same email address. It means a single customer can have two subscriptions with the same email address, i.e., one individual subscription and one with Admin Console.
2. Account Selection
When logging into the eSign application with multiple subscriptions, users now experience a user-friendly company selection window. This allows seamless company selection, empowering users to effortlessly choose and log into the desired company for a personalized eSign application experience.
3. Switch Account
an option to switch the company is available in the application in the top right corner under the My Profile menu; from here user can switch from one company to another without logging out from the current session/login.
4. Default Company
This option has been added to the My Profile section. This option allows users to select a default company from their companies list. If any non-company user sends the document to him, then the document gets displayed in the default company instead of in all companies.
