NEW FEATURES
[NEW] TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION FOR REMINDER EMAILS
We have added Two-Factor Authentication for Reminder emails. If you have used Two-Factor Authentication when sending your document, your reminder emails will also contain an access code in order for recipients to access the document.
[NEW] LIMITED TIME ON TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION CODE VIA EMAIL
The Two-Factor Authentication code sent to the recipient’s Email will be valid for ten minutes. If the recipient clicks on the document link after code has expired, a new code will be sent to access the document. This update will improve and strengthen our Two-Factor Authentication Security feature.
[NEW] LIMITED TIME ON TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION CODE VIA SMS
The Two-Factor Authentication code sent via SMS to the Recipients’ mobile number will be valid for ten minutes. The time limit will be mentioned in the SMS content when the authentication is sent to the recipient
[NEW] KBA DETAILS ADDED TO ACTIVITY PANEL
The Knowledge-Based Authentication details will be displayed in the Activity Panel. Access the Activity Panel on the right side of the document page. You can also download ‘Activity History’ from the More Actions tab for more details regarding Knowledge-Based Authentication.
[UPDATE] EMAIL OTP VERIFICATION NAME CHANGE
Email OTP Verification, a Two-Factor Authentication security feature, is renamed to ‘Email Two-Factor Authentication’.
API UPDATES
[NEW] TEXT ALIGNMENT PARAMETER ADDED
When creating a field we can change its text alignment to be set in Field Properties. This feature is added to our API using the ‘textAlignment’ property when creating new fields as ‘text fields’ and ‘date fields’ in API. Default value of the ‘textAlignment’ parameter is ‘left’ but can be changed to ‘center’, or ‘right’.
