[NEW] KBA RESET BUTTON ADDED
When using the KBA (Knowledge-Based Authentication) feature, the sender can set the number of attempts allowed by the recipient. The number of attempts allowed can be customized from 1 to 5 attempts. The new KBA reset button allows the sender to reset the recipient’s KBA attempts. If a recipient has failed their KBA, the number of attempts may be reset under the History section under the Folder Timeline for the document.
How to reset the KBA attempts:
- Open the share document.
- Click the “Reset KBA” button for the recipient under the History section located in the Activity Panel on the right side.
[NEW] ADDED ERROR MESSAGE FOR EMPTY DROPDOWN LIST
Added an error message for the dropdown field when clicking the ‘Send’ button and no options are added. The sender is not allowed to continue unless one or more options are added to the dropdown list.

Finding folders under the Documents tab is easier with the new Search bar. Use a keyword to see a full list of folders matching your search criteria.

A new search bar is added to the Templates tab to easier find templates. Use a keyword to see a full list of templates matching your search criteria.
[UPDATE] REORDERING TEMPLATES IN ONLINE FORM
When creating a folder with multiple templates for an Online Form link, an issue occurred preventing the user to rearrange the order of the templates after the link was created. (Resolved)
[UPDATE] RECIPIENTS ABLE TO SIGN A CANCELLED DOCUMENT
An issue where a recipient was able to sign a cancelled document is resolved. (Resolved)
[UPDATE] A THIRD RECIPIENT NOT ABLE TO SIGN AN ONLINE FORM
An issue where the third party recipient was unable to sign, in Online Forms where multiple documents were involved. (Resolved)
